ATHLEX - Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products

ATHLEX currently sells digital products that are delivered electronically.

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, and retained immediately after purchase, all digital product purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund or other appropriate resolution in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • You completed a payment but did not receive access to the purchased product due to a technical issue.
  • The digital product is materially defective or inaccessible because of a technical problem on our side.
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Access & Delivery Issues

After successful payment, your digital product will be delivered through the delivery method specified at checkout or in your order confirmation.

If you do not receive your product or are unable to access it, contact us at athlexshopping@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used for your purchase.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide access to the product or another reasonable resolution.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution. Shopify processes refunds back through the applicable original payment method.

Unauthorized Distribution

Purchasing an ATHLEX digital product does not give you the right to reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, upload, publish, or commercially exploit the product or its contents.

If a refund is issued, ATHLEX may revoke access to the purchased digital product where technically possible.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you are located in a jurisdiction where specific statutory refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights apply to digital content, those rights will apply to the extent required by law. For example, EU rules can provide specific rights concerning digital content and withdrawal.
