At Athlex Aura, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be intact

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or washed

  • Items without original tags

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased during sale or discount offers (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-8 business days

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • In case of damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will arrange a free return or replacement

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly share:

  • Your Order ID

  • Unboxing video or clear photos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges, subject to availability:

  • Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

  • Exchange is applicable only for unused items with tags intact
